Shipping policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Your items are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in China once your order is packed and dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship worldwide with tracked and untracked options. Estimated delivery times are measured from the date of dispatch (processing time is separate):
- United States – Standard (tracked): 12–25 business days.
- United States – Economy (untracked): 20–40 business days.
- All other countries: 20–45 business days.
The total time to receive your order equals the processing time plus the shipping time — most U.S. customers receive their order within 2–4 weeks.
Please note: during high-demand periods (such as 11.11, holiday sales, or the Lunar New Year) and due to customs processing, delivery can occasionally take longer than the ranges above.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched for tracked shipments. Please allow a few days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
